Service Description

A free test to those entitled to an NHS sight test. eg. children < 16, students < 19 in full time education, adults > 60, people receiving certain benefits eg income support, universal credit, ESA, JSA, diabetics, glaucoma patients or close relatives of glaucoma patients.
